You are also not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, translate the app into other languages, or create derivative versions. The app, along with all trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights associated with it, belong to Burak Kaan Şahin.
Burak Kaan Şahin is committed to ensuring the app remains as useful and efficient as possible. Therefore, I reserve the right to make changes to the app or charge for its services at any time, for any reason. I will always notify you in advance if any charges apply, and you will be fully informed about the cost before making any payments.
The Insane Tile – 3D Match Tile app stores and processes personal data that you provide to ensure optimal service. It is your responsibility to keep your device and access to the app secure. I strongly advise against jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it can compromise your device’s security, expose it to malware/viruses, and cause the app to malfunction or stop working entirely.

Responsibility for Use
Burak Kaan Şahin is not responsible for issues arising from the use of the app, particularly if:
- You do not have an active internet connection, whether through Wi-Fi or your mobile data network.
- You incur mobile data charges as a result of using the app outside a Wi-Fi zone. The agreement with your mobile provider may result in additional costs, and by using the app, you accept responsibility for these costs, including any potential roaming charges.
The responsibility for ensuring your device remains charged and functional is also yours. If your device runs out of battery or becomes otherwise unusable while using the app, Burak Kaan Şahin is not liable.
App Updates and Availability
From time to time, I may need to update the app to keep it functional and relevant. The app is currently available on Android and iOS, and the system requirements for both may change. You will need to download updates to continue using the app. Burak Kaan Şahin does not guarantee that the app will remain compatible with all versions of Android and iOS or that it will continue to be updated for future operating systems.
At any time, I may choose to stop providing the app, and usage may be terminated without prior notice. Upon termination, (a) all rights and licenses granted to you under these terms will end, and (b) you must stop using the app and delete it from your device if necessary.
Limitation of Liability
Although I strive to ensure that the app is always up-to-date and accurate, I rely on third-party information to deliver certain functionalities. Burak Kaan Şahin is not liable for any direct or indirect loss you experience as a result of relying on any function of the app.
